Technochem offers plants to process Canola oil, Castor oil, Coconut oil, Cottonseed oil, Palm oil, Peanut oil, Rapeseed oil, Ricebran oil, Soybean oil, Sunflower oil, and others.
Capacity
Technochem offers commercial refining plants of any capacity ranging from 5 tons/per day to 500 tons/day. Also, available are pilot-plants for research purposes.
Configuration
Technochem offers the choice of batch versus continuous processing, the type of process, the material of construction of equipment, the level of automation, etc.
Construction
Technochem offers skid-mounted modular plants. The equipment is already mounted on the structure, pre-piped, painted, and tested before shipping. This type of construction reduces the start-up time and expensive labor for erection at site. If desired, we can offer conventional supply where equipment is shipped in individual pieces, the structure is built on site, and the equipment is erected, piped, painted and tested on site.
